Thank you so much, Levan! It's funny;I have heard my name pronounced so many different ways. As are as the photography, it is a still a hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get it right, other times, not so much. So glad you like the shrimp! I also love that they are so quick and easy to make.

What gorgeous photos! Seriously, if I could eat these shrimps through the Internet, I would. I love well-prepared shrimps when they're soft and absorb all the flavors through and through. The dipping sauce looks like a wonderful burst of freshness too! Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe — absolutely delicious!!
