That’s very odd. Were both loaves placed in the same spot to rise? If one was in a warmer spot, it would have risen more than the other, which could explain the difference in how they turned out. I also wonder if the second one was overproofed, which can prevent the bread from expanding during baking and lead to a doughy texture resembling underdone bread. I’m so glad you’re willing to try it again, though. I hope both loaves turn out well for you next time!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Good recipe.  Came out good except one strange thing.  1 loaf was fine the other raised more but when cut the middle was still uncooked even though tested with pick.  Tasted like my vavao made but much smaller batch then she did!  Will try again and hopefully both loaves with be good!]]></description>
