Now that baking season is here again, I have another dessert recipe for you. The inspiration for this quick bread comes from a childhood favorite—good old peanut butter and banana sandwich. What could be better than adding chocolate to the mix to turn it into a dessert? Chocolate and peanut butter are a food marriage made in heaven, as are chocolate and banana. Right? Put it all together, and you get this beautiful, marble-topped loaf of yumminess.
I am sharing the recipe at Reasons to Skip the Housework. It is always fun to guest post on Melanie’s site. Please hop on over to check it out!

Choclate, peanut butter and banana really are the holy trinity of baking, aren't they? Looks so good, Thao!
Thanks, Kathleen!
Thanks you, Debs. You are so right about the three. 🙂
Peanut Butter and banana sammie turned into a bread is one of the best ideas ever! LOVE the swirl action going on here, Thao! So pretty and absolutely delish! I am heading on over to check out the recipe now! Cheers, doll! <3

Aw shucks (blushing)! Talking about swirled action, I thought exactly the thing about the swirls on your butternut squash. It was truly too pretty to eat! Thanks for hopping on over to Melanie's, Chey! xx

Thank you, Karly.
WoW Thao! This takes banana bread to a whole new level. I've never added peanut butter to my banana bread. . .but now I'm questioning why not? Of course it makes perfect sense as bananas and fresh ground almond butter (peanut butter's cousin) are a favorite snack of mine. And then you drizzle it with chocolate? Heaven!
Ooooo! I like that almond butter idea! I'm so glad we see eye to eye on this peanut butter bread, Lynn. I'm so happy you like it, because you can whip up some beautiful and scrumptious creations yourself!
Chocolate and PB would certainly make a banana bread special!
I agree, Inger! 🙂
Your bread pudding looks De-lish!!!
This bread looks wonderful! I make a chocolate banana bread and a peanut butter banana bread – but I have never tried the trio. I'm looking forward to baking this!
Thanks, Liz!
I'm so glad you like it Amanda! The three are relish together!
