This quick and easy Ravioli with Chicken and Jerk Alfredo Sauce features cheesy ravioli and tender chicken breast in a spicy, flavorful Alfredo sauce. It’s great for a weeknight dinner and also good enough for company. If you don’t like spice, you can make this recipe mild too!

This pasta recipe was inspired by one of my husband’s signature dishes. Although I do most of the cooking in my home, my husband has a few recipes considered his specialties. He makes an amazing prime rib roast, an awesome lobster sauce, the best Portuguese kale soup ever, and a fantastic spicy penne pasta and shrimp dish.
My ravioli recipe is a variation of his pasta dish. The sauce in both versions is jarred Alfredo sauce flavored with Jamaican jerk seasoning. This ingredient adds a “wow” factor. It is very spicy, so a little goes a long way.
But don’t change the channel… I mean, turn the dial… I mean, click the mouse if you are not a big fan of spice! You can adjust the seasoning to suit your spice level preference!

Easily customize the spice level:
You can make this ravioli dinner mild or spicy. Keep in mind the heat level can vary between different brands. Use whatever you like.
I use Walkerswood Traditional Jerk Seasoning (hot & spicy) for this ravioli recipe, which provides great heat. It is also available in mild. Tip: Use half mild and half spicy for a medium heat level. I have tried other brands that are not as hot.
Recipe Highlights:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil the ravioli while you prep the sauce.
- Cook the chopped onion in a large skillet, then add the chopped garlic.
- Add tomatoes, Alfredo sauce, salt, pepper, and jerk seasoning.
- After the sauce comes to a boil, stir in the chicken. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- While the chicken cooks, boil the ravioli.
- Drain the ravioli well and stir into sauce. Plate and garnish with parsley (optional).

How to store:
To store leftover pasta, place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
To reheat, microwave at 45-second intervals until heated through, stirring between intervals.

If you are looking for an easy, quick meal for the family, try this one. It is even good enough to serve to company. Using store-bought Alfredo sauce makes it a breeze; no one will know or care that it is not entirely made from scratch!

Instructions
- While prepping the sauce ingredients, bring a large stock pot of water to a boil. This will be used to cook the ravioli.

- Add tomatoes, Alfredo sauce, salt, pepper, and jerk seasoning. Cook until sauce bubbles, stirring occasionally. (Use any jerk seasoning you like. I use the below. It’s very spicy.)
- Stir in the chicken. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- While the chicken cooks, drop the ravioli into boiling water and cook according to package directions. The ravioli I use cooks in about 4 minutes.
