These Rosemary Garlic Wings, made with just five ingredients, fill the kitchen with an enticing aroma as they bake. They are simple to prepare and can easily be doubled… and you’ll definitely want to!
This post was originally published back in January 2013. I kept the original step-by-step photos but replaced and added images of the finished Rosemary Garlic Wings. I also added recipe notes to the recipe card.
Believe it or not, I got this recipe from the one and only Michael Bublé! I love him, and it’s no secret. My husband knows that we would be history if Michael ever came knocking on our door. HAHAHAHAHA!!
I watched an interview Michael did about his cooking ability. He shared a chicken recipe and made it sound so good that I had to try it. He was not precise with his measurements, as this is a perfect recipe to eyeball. Michael said he bakes the wings for 2 hours to get them dark and crispy. That’s a little long for me. I bake mine for 1 hour 20 minutes, and they are perfectly tasty!
Let me tell you, these wings make the house smell incredible as they bake. The first time I made them, some company stopped by for a quick visit. They joked about inviting themselves over for dinner because they couldn’t get over the aroma. It’s that good, guys!!
Let’s make them! Start by chopping some fresh rosemary and garlic.
Combine the two.
Next, cut off the wing tips and make a slit in the skin at the joints to make them more pliable.
Rub the wings with olive oil…
then with the rosemary garlic mixture.
Generously sprinkle on both sides with seasoned salt, but do a better job than I did in this picture.
Bake and enjoy the aroma. Then dig in! These wings can be served as an appetizer or as a main course.

Description
These Rosemary Garlic Wings, made with just five ingredients, fill the kitchen with an enticing aroma as they bake. They are simple to prepare and can easily be doubled… and you’ll definitely want to!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Chop enough rosemary to obtain 2 tbsp. Mince the garlic. Combine the two and set aside.
- Cut off wing tips. Cut a slit in the flap of skin at the joint to make it more pliable. Rub with olive oil, then with rosemary and garlic mixture. Generously sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Place wings on a greased baking sheet(s). Do not crowd. After 30 minutes, drain any liquid that might have accumulated. Bake approx. 50 minutes longer or until brown and crisp.
Notes:
- I cut the tips off the wings, but this step is entirely optional.
- For even baking, I bake the first 30 minutes in the middle rack and move the baking sheet one rack up the remainder of the baking time.
- Broil on high for a few minutes for a deeper brown and slightly charred finish on the skin; this is optional.
- Grilling option: preheat the grill to medium heat. Place wings on greased grates. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning over occasionally until brown and crisp. The internal temperature should be at least 165° F. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the wings. Larger wings may take longer.

"My Bublé" What a cute nickname. Hee hee. These chicken wings look really tasty and it must smell amazing as it bakes. Love the smell of rosemary!
It's cold and blustery here today!! The first big snowfall of the season. It's one of those days where you just wanna curl up with something comforting, covered in a blanket. Considering that it is also Saturday, I think I'll do just that 😉 These wings sound FABULOUS!! Rosemary is one of my favourite herbs and I loves me some garlic! Definitely got to give these a try. Pinning! Stay warm 🙂
I've been craving chicken wings this week! These sound amazing! We got the winter weather here to and that whole garbage can scenario I know all too well! Take care.
Ugh. It's crazy windy here too but fortunately garbage day isn't for a couple days yet. You're so sweet to chase after your neighbor's garbage cans too :). I'm loving the sound of these wings. Seriously, does anything beat a recipe with garlic right there in the title? Have a great week, Thao!
That's actually how I refer to Michael Bublé when I talk to my husband too 🙂 I'm glad he is able to take it all in stride!
That sounds like how I want to spend the entire winter, Dawn! Thanks for the pin. You stay warm and cozy too!
I'm surprised that our garbage barrels are not a mangled mess by now after all they have gone through. But I probably just jinxed myself by saying that! Stay warm and take care, Stacey!
I bet you got a lot of sand and dirt blowing around too! My mom had to tell me about the slight drizzle they got this weekend. She is always excited the it rains in AZ. We are lucky to have good neighbors…they look out for us and we look out for them. You have a wonderful week too, Kelsie!!
rosemary and garlic are always a good combo! also i love that you refer to him as "my buble" (;
And he will be…someday!???? Thank goodness my husband has a sense of humor 🙂
Wow it looks just totally delicious! 🙂
Thanks! I love the crispy skin!
