- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more sweetened condensed milk to adjust for desired sweetness, if needed.
- To rim glass, fold up a small piece of paper towel. Dip in condensed milk or syrup. Wipe on rim of glass. Place a small mound of coconut on a small plate. Dip rim of glass into coconut to coat.
- Makes about 24 ounces.
