Hi everyone! I hope you had a fun and safe 4th of July weekend! I can’t believe that it is July already! If I look at the glass half full, I’m getting closer to new adventures and opportunities that await me this year. If I’m looking at the glass half empty, July means that we are losing precious minutes of daylight each day. Either way, summer is fleeting, so I plan to soak in all of its glory while it’s here
I am keeping it short and sweet today. Are these Samoa Truffles calling your name? They are simply irresistible and super delicious. What’s not to love about vanilla cookie crumbs, caramel, chocolate, and toasted coconut? Absolutely nothing! It’s really hard to have just one of these truffles. Let me tell you, they are worth all the calories, and having to wear stretchy pants for a couple of days!
I am guest hosting at Reasons to Skip the Housework today! Come for the recipe and more chit-chat!

Looks good–who doesn't love truffles! It always makes me a smidge sad too to know the days are getting shorter. But then I think of the bountiful harvest that will soon be here. So many ingredients, so little time 😉
I'll eat Samoa anything! Off to see your yummy recipe 🙂
These look incredible! Heading over to checkout the recipe now! 🙂
I'll eat anything samoa too. I spent the first twenty-something years of my life hating coconut. Until I had a somoa cookie. Now I'm obsessed. These truffles look so good!

These look heavenly! Anything samoa flavored sounds good to me!
The sad part of this blog post is your notes about summer and day light. The great part is these lovely truffles, though. But since this post made me upset, I think you should cheer me up by sending some of them! Fair? 🙂
Samoas are my favorite Girl Scout cookies. These sounds fantastic!
Thank you Allison. Samoa is pretty hard to resist!
