To store, simply place them in an airtight container. They keep at room temperature for up to 2 days. I prefer to store them in the refrigerator for better freshness, where they keep for up to 4 days. To serve, just let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to remove the chill. Then enjoy!

Ingredients

For the glaze:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Generously coat 2 donut pans with cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour, 2/3 cup of ground Oreos, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Whisk and set aside. Beat egg, butter, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Add to the dry ingredients and whisk until well blended. Gently fold in Oreo chunks using a rubber spatula.
  3. Spoon the batter into donut molds, filling each no more than three-quarters full. Bake for about 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Unmold the donuts.
  4. For the glaze, place milk and white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat microwaving at 15-second intervals and stirring until the chocolate is smooth.
  5. Spoon glaze over the donut and immediately sprinkle on some of the reserved ground Oreos. Repeat glazing and sprinkling until all of the donuts are decorated.
  6. Makes 12 donuts.
