Ingredients

• 1 avocado
• 1 small ripe banana
• 1 cup ice         
• 3/4 cup coconut milk 
• 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 3 average size mint leaves

Glass Rimming Ingredients (optional):

• sweetened coconut flakes
• sweetened condensed milk or any sticky syrup

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little more sweetened condensed milk to adjust for desired sweetness.
2. To rim a glass, fold up a small piece of paper towel. Dip it in condensed milk or syrup. Wipe the rim of the glass. Place a small mound of coconut on a small plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the coconut to coat.
3. Makes about 24 ounces.
