  1. Combine all of the seasonings in a bowl and blend well.
  2. Place the chicken in a large bowl, add the seasoning mix, and coat evenly with your hands.
  3. I prefer chicken thighs because they stay moister than breasts.

  4. Coat the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray or oil. Place the chicken, unrolled, in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. They are done when tender and shred easily, or when the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
